Experience:
The wine tasting starts with a presentation of the topic for the evening. Focus is placed on learning to study the wine’s four basic characteristics – appearance, aroma, taste and composition. Four wines are tasted at each session. The wine is tasted, gargled and enjoyed. Between each of the wines, neutralize your taste buds with water or other palate cleansers, depending on the character of the wine tasted.
