Årstiderna
One of the most prestigious restaurants in Malmo and built in the 1480′s. In its own richly Gothic way, it has the most unusual restaurant setting in town below the cellar vault. Menu items change with the seasons. Likely to be featured are fried monk fish with parsley butter, salmon roe, and Norwegian lobster, fillet of venison (in an herb-crust with chanterelle mushrooms and juniper-berry sauce), Swedish beefsteak with red wine and potato grating. The chocolate terrine, with cloud berry sorbet and compote of blackberries, is delicious.

Skeppsbron 2
Modern and inventive cuisine in an elegant setting, overlooking the sea and canals.
The view of the harbour is just one of our appetisers.
The dining room, decorated in detail with a very personal touch, is built as a veranda at an angle. It’s light, spacious, warm and cosy. The location offers plenty of fresh sea air and wherever you choose to sit, you’ll have a view over one of the city’s canals. In the summer, we open up and you’re welcome to sit outside and hear the water gently lap against the quay.
For a group minimum 10 persons, cooking activities are offered.
Salt & Brygga
The master chef and owner Björn Stenbeck with his food philosophy for body & soul subscribes to an eco-friendly concept, from the furnishings to the cooking. This is a restaurant offering innovative international cuisine. Located in the new western harbour area in Malmö with a magnificent view to Öresund. A new district in the city most famous for Turning Torso, the twisting skyscraper designed by Santiago Calatrava. A walk in the area with its closeness to the sea and the special architecture accompanied by a visit to the many cafés and restaurants is highly recommended, especially in the summertime.
