Castle Citadellet

The castle in Landskrona, Citadellet will be the perfect setting for a medieval dinner experince!

Dinner Settings

The tables are decorated with apples and flowers.
Rye bread, mashed apples, smoked sausage, brawns alted herring, seed spiced
spare-ribs, honey glazed smoked spare-ribs, chicken thighbone and
“sod.”(boiled seed-seasoned root vegetables), coffee and cake after dinner.
The Chef and waitress will welcome you and tell you about the historical
dinner. They will also be historical dressed.
Wine will be served in ceramic carafes.

The food is served on ceramic plates specially made for this purpose. It´s
enjoyed by the help of your own five fingers and a wooden spoon, this all
according to medieval habits and traditions. The food is picked freely from
large wooden plates put on the tables.
