Carl Linnaeus and the Lagom Land

Afterwards she published a philosophic slideshow image of Sweden. Listen to her sensuous explanation for the Swedish expression “Lagom”. No other language have an accurate translation to this word so typical for Swedes to use in all situations!

Take a seven minutes break and get the short story by her telling us about the characteristics of Swedes and Sweden. The pictures are mainly from Stockholm which also give you an idea of the wide variety of nature in Sweden.

Swedish business owners take a pragmatic approach to life. In the The Grant Thornton International Business Owners Survey Sweden is in the absolute bottom of the stress levels league table. How come? One explanation could be Swedes spending more free time out of office than others. A third of respondents in every category claim they are stressed by not having enough leisure time and not having enough time to spend with friends and family.
