In the middle of August the giant crayfish party in Skåne will be arranged in Helsingborg and gather hundreds of people sitting by the harbour with hats and paper bibs. The Malmö festival starts off in the third week in August with a huge crayfish party at Stortorget. All you need to bring with you are some crayfish and a party mood! (more…)

The castle is dating from the Danish era and Middle Ages, located in the beautiful hilly landscape at Rönne River Valley in the north-west of Skane. The Planet Walk is now being installed at the Tycho Brahe Memorials, ready for opening at the 29 th of April 2008. The Planet Walk starts from a sculpture of the sun placed in front of the new museum. The planet stations will be placed to scale as regards size and distance from this sculpture.

The world’s largest reconstruction of a Viking longship will probably arrive to Dublin today about 1:30 p.m. The Sea Stallion and her 65 men crew left the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde, Denmark June 1st.
