Bergen – Gate To Norwegian Fjords
The Norwegian coastal town Bergen is the only Norwegian town to be selected as one of Europe’s best travel destinations by the website TripAdvisor, whose readers have been asked to list their favourite towns. Bergen finds itself amongst prestigious company, where 25 countries have been voted forward. The top of the list includes Monte Carlo, Heidelberg, Florence and Venice.
More surprising is the fact that such metropolis as London, Madrid and Moscow are noted by their absence.
Bergen appears on the list because of it being a traditional town perfectly located for discovering the magnificent Norwegian fjords.
A typical popular itinerary among the groups from especially India and Asia are Copenhagen – cruise Oslo – Train to Bergen – Hurtigruten cruise to Trondheim – back by train to Oslo – Stockholm by train/coach or flight, end Stockholm or continue to Helsinki for a complete Scandinavian Round Trip!
