Culinary exhibitions with accompanying delicacies from the whole world will be served at Sofieros Castle that invite you in November 24 – 26to sample the most delicious Christmas dishes.

Down deep in a limestone cave, where bats hang in rows, one can enjoy Northern Europe’s
only underground Christmas market. Boutique owners and craftspeople from the villages in the area come to the market to sell delicacies such as elk meat, different kinds of herring, marmalade, Christmas candy, textile products and much more. The market is held both inside and outside of the cave. In Tykarpsgrottan, in Hässleholm, a traditional Christmas market is held between December 9 and 10 in this nontraditional milieu.
At Wrams Gunnartorps castle, situated at the nature reserve Söderåsen, you are invited to a traditional and genuine Christmas experience. Between November 2 and 5 you can try the different delicacies until you find what you want for your Christmas table.

November 23-26 A Skåne Christmas at Ängavallens Gård – Meet 60 of the country’s most skillful craftsmen and small food producers at Ängavallens Gård. You can shop for everything
from Christmas art to ceramics, metal goods, Christmas elves and handicrafts. Don’t miss the food shop with different fantastic delicacies, for example snaps herring, smoked roe deer, marzipan, home baked bread, cheese cake, and the ecological chark products and so on. Link to article
The tradition of Christmas markets in Skåne becomes stronger every year, some traditional and some a little more exotic ;in Fotevikens Viking village,, near Höllviken, held in the middle of December you are invited to a winter market with punch and bonfire. Malmö has a medieval Christmas market held at the Kogg Museum.
